If the customer doesnβt like the fragrance then customer is entitled to exchange the products, but in that case customer has to send us parcel at their own to our mentioned address.

Exchange is permissible exclusively for the same product category.
The product must remain intact and unused for eligibility.
Each customer is entitled to a single exchange transaction.
It is essential to ensure that all original tags/packing remain intact.
Kindly note that items are eligible for exchange only, and refunds will not be processed.
Delivery charges: Customers are responsible for sending the product back, and an additional re-delivery shipping charge applies for dispatching the replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For Refund/Return, We only do refunds if we canβt arrange the same products after taking an order. In any other case, We are not eligible for refunds. For any reason, if customers are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. Due to hygiene considerations, cosmetic products, once delivered, are non-returnable as they are not reusable.
However, in the event of receiving a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, customers have the option to initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date. Timelines
Exchange request window: within 7 days from the delivery date.
Exchange processing: once your parcel reaches us and passes quality check, a replacement is dispatched within 2β4 business days.
Refund processing (only if product unavailable): if we are unable to fulfill your order, the refund is initiated within 24β48 hours of confirmation. Funds typically reflect in the original payment method within 2β7 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
Maximum duration: in rare cases due to bank/payment gateway delays, the complete process may take up to 10 business days.
